Residential domain

Being the owner of a private chalet and its land

Enjoying your own secondary residence for vacations, to lend to your friends of family or to rent out at your convenience :

The price of real-estate on the Basque – Landes coast has risen considerably due to an increasing interest in this lovely region thanks to it’s climat, culture and it’s ‘art de vivre’. The Biarritz Airport, the TGV train station in Bayonne and the Freeway A63 provide for an easy access.

All year long a professional team of people takes care of the swimming-pool, the gardens, the paths, the pine-trees and the recreational facilities. We have a caretaker on the premises 24/7.

The team of Arial de Seignanx can provide with multiple services : They can prepare your residence for your arrival, make sure the fridge is full or manage the seasonal rent out of your chalet upon your request.
